Kyle Walker is a San Diego–born civic organizer and policy strategist focused on democratic reform and institutional design. He holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Purdue University and an MBA from San Diego State University, and works professionally as a business process analyst in supply chain operations, designing systems for teams managing over $1 billion in annual spend.
Kyle serves as Policy and Research Lead for Strong Towns San Diego and as Volunteer Engagement Strategist for Choice Voting. He approaches Ranked Choice Voting and proportional representation as practical, evidence-based reforms that reduce zero-sum politics, broaden representation, and create conditions for more durable, consensus-driven governance.
